Log Styles
Classic price range includes all KBLH log profiles except 8" Swedish Cope, 10" & 12" Round (available in 3 different White Pine logs: Early American, Premium, and Strata log)
Deluxe price range includes all KBLH log profiles except 10" & 12" Round (available in 2 different White Pine logs: Premium and Strata log)
Premium price range includes all KBLH log profiles (available in 2 different White Pine logs: Premium and Strata log)
Additional Information
All "starting at" pricing for the CLASSIC HOME LINE utilizes the 6x8 D Early American White Pine Log Profile.
All "starting at" pricing for the DELUXE and PREMIUM HOME LINES utilizes the 6x8 D Premium White Pine Log Profile.
Hybrid Designs: Hybrid designs are priced in the log profile shown in rendering. For example: If the
home is shown utilizing the 6x12 Dovetail Log Profile then the "starting at" price for the Classic, Deluxe, &
Premium is priced using the 6x12 log profile.
Design Modifications: Based on individual choices in materials and log profile, adjustments may be
required which could affect the overall size of the structure and base value, impacting materials and pricing. The
pricing is based on square footage of the living area and does not include the square footage of garage areas,
porches, and decks. Materials and pricing is subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is not included and will be based on the delivery location.
